Substance Abuse Counseling

Has your use of drugs or alcohol inhibited your life. Are you feeling your addiction is out-of-your control? People use substances to numb past or current pain. Substances can be very addictive as they alter your mental status almost immediately as they enter the body.

You may have a problem with drugs or alcohol if:
1. You have felt as though you need to decrease your use.
2. You are annoyed by people criticizing or bringing up your habit.
3. You have felt guilt around your use.
4. You look to your drug first thing in the morning.
